Thank you for your referral. We welcome the opportunity to collaborate in support of your patient’s healing journey.

Dr. Stefany Wolfsohn is a board-certified anesthesiologist with advanced training in trauma, integrative mental health, and psychedelic-assisted therapies. She has personally provided all clinical care at her ketamine therapy practice since 2017 and will complete her Master’s in Clinical Counseling in August 2025. Her work bridges medical expertise with relational and evidence-based psychotherapeutic care.

To initiate a referral:

  1. Complete the Provider Referral Form.
  2. Ask the patient to contact our office to request the New Patient Packet, which includes intake forms, consent documents, and screening tools.

Once both are received, we will schedule a New Patient Consultation, which includes a comprehensive medical evaluation and psychological screening conducted by Dr. Wolfsohn. Please note: Ketamine is not administered during the initial consultation.

Our approach is collaborative, personalized, and trauma-informed. Ketamine therapy is most effective when embedded within a broader treatment plan that includes preparation, integration, and, when appropriate, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). KAP is conducted in low to moderate doses with a co-therapist present to support insight, emotional safety, and therapeutic momentum—particularly for patients navigating depression, trauma, or feeling “stuck.”

Dr. Wolfsohn also offers family support services and serves as a clinical consultant and peer group facilitator in the field of psychedelic medicine. She remains committed to professional development and research in integrative mental health.

Please note: Ketamine therapy may not be appropriate for individuals with uncontrolled hypertension, significant cardiovascular disease, active psychosis, or certain urological conditions. All patients are carefully screened for safety and readiness.

We look forward to partnering with you to support resilience, transformation, and long-term well-being.
